This particular project was a complete A to Z renovation on the water's edge. Respecting all municipal and federal laws do to its proximity to brome lake results in a beautiful finished cottage. From the initial 11 foot high jack 9 feet from the shore line to the custom bathroom and wood finish inside and out is a nature lover's wonder.

This Bromont condo project included rough prefabricated floors and walls, fiber cement siding and finishing. The interior and exterior finishing work is a fine example of our attention to detail and commitment to quality.

BMD built this warehouse in Bromont with a particular emphasis on the exterior. The building measured in at 130' x 48' and required the installation of a tin roof and tin siding, as the focus was functionality.
